1. No Cash Refund
All items purchased from the Website or in-store purchase which qualify for return & exchange will be issued with a Store Credit and not a cash refund.
2. Return & Exchange Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to return your items for an exchange or a store credit, except for non-returnable items as detailed in clause 4.
3. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Free from any stains or scents.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Inner wear like panties, boxers, bras.
- Opened feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps).
- Swimwear.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Clearance/Sale items (Final Sale).
- Thrift items: Due to the nature of thrift clothing, these items are sold on an "as-is" basis.
- Furniture: Please inspect the item upon delivery. If a defect is found, kindly notify the delivery team immediately and do not accept delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Online Orders: Please email us at info@keliamkids.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- In-Store: Bring your item and the original receipt to our shop.
6. Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
- If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, KKB will cover all shipping costs.
- Items purchased through our Website can be returned to any of our physical stores.
7. Exchange & Shop Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be exchanges or issued with Store Credit which can be used for purchase of any other products available in out Website or in our physical stores.
